Crossings At Thornton Ferry

I have lived in my apartment for about maybe 3-4 years now. Laura has been my absolute favorite leading manager she is so caring and always makes living here feel safe and wonderful. Any question or concerns she always gets back to me right away, and makes me feel better about living here. Chris is also an amazing maintenance person, he’s always knows how to take care of my apartment right away l. I appreciate the work Chris and Laura do everyday.

Love this place! Our property manager and maintenance are communicative and attentive to anything we need. It’s also a huge bonus that they are very kind, caring people-which is very hard to come across! Such a safe environment and really nice, clean apartments. We’ve been here for almost 3 years and it’s been such a pleasant experience the entire time!

I moved into a 3 bedroom apartment at The Crossing in Hot Springs Arkansas 6 months ago. This has been nothing but a positive experience, thanks to management and maintenance!! When I first arrived I discovered a leak under my kitchen sink. Upon advising the manager, Ben was quick to respond and did an excellent job..in fact, he installed a new faucet!! The rent is very affordable considering all the amenities. An added bonus is, the residents are friendly! I highly recommend The Crossing!! It’s been almost a year now since I’ve moved in!! Our new maintenance guy Chris is absolutely amazing!!! I so appreciate his timely response and his upbeat personality!!

I cant tell you how much I love my apartment. Very clean. If there are any problems they are fixed in timely manner. Complex is clean well maintained Management keeps community informed about any thing going on so residents are aware. I have been living here for almost 6 mths. I am so thankful to have found this apartment. I feel at home. Very clean...energy efficient Also secure....have not felt uneasy at all. I feel safe. Crossings at Thornton Ferry is a great place to live! The manager, Laura, is wonderful! You know she is here if you need anything, but she does not pester you. She is really nice and communicates anything you need to know in a very clear and timely manner. Also, she is so patient answering any questions when you have them. The maintenance man, Chris, is as well wonderful! While we have had very little issues requiring maintenance, when we do, he is so responsive and quick! This place, the management and maintenance - all of it - has exceeded our expectations!
