In my experience, living here was extremely frustrating due to a serious roach problem in the apartment. I reported the infestation multiple times and while pest control was sent, the issue never improved enough to make the unit comfortable to live in. Communication from management was also very limited and it was difficult to get clear responses or updates. Because the problem continued, I ultimately had to move out. I hope management takes pest control and tenant concerns more seriously for future residents.

I give this apartment zero stars but ig I have to give them one. This apartment experience was the worst experience by far. I lived there for 2 1/2years, nothing but roach/mice INFESTATION Water problems, a discombobulated front office . Bugs were in my refrigerator, living room, bathroom and bed rooms. I couldn’t even sleep in my bed nor put my child in bed without checking it. How embarrassing! I moved here with no bug problem, and how to throw away all my shit due to the bugs. Do not move her unless you want bug crawling in your belongings ,or you want your water cut off every 5 mins. They do nothing. I had to wait 3 months to get my tub fixed meaning for 90days I couldn’t bathe my child in the tub. And still had to pay money to get it fixed. They don’t do background checks on their ten

Sabrina in the office is amazing. She made us feel welcome even during the tour. She made it seem like she was interested in finding good tenants and not just money. She was also very communicative

Update: If the property manager has to leave a review just to get the ratings up. That is just desperate (Screenshot in comments) I waited to move out to give my review due to on going issues with the leasing office. For one I would not recommend anyone to live here unless you are desperate. The property itself is poor maintenance. Drive past there and you will see yourself. If you do move in take pictures of the unit before hand.
