Crossings at Silver Oaks

Went in for a scheduled tour and was sent away very rudely after being told I'm not allowed to look at apartments since I didn't make enough money. The lady at the office was rude about my income, (I made enough to pay the rent and have previous apartment rental experience). I have a friend who lives there and the laundry facility is always broken, cops always outside, constant issues with staff being rude and unhelpful as well. It is also more expensive to live here in a small small studio with no laundry than it is to find a one bedroom somewhere else.

Absolutely do not get a apartment here!! We were only there for three months and had so many problems here its ridiculous. 1st thing they have roaches! 2nd thing is we had a newborn and the pipes burst to where the apartment was unlivable. We had to leave our apartment for a whole month. We asked for another apartment was told we would get one and didn't, was also told that they would work with our rent since we weren't in it for that month and still had to pay the whole rent. The staff was horrible they would always give an excuse to why they couldn't talk to me about the rent even if I waited to talk to them. Horrible area to be in if you have kids. There has been a time where there was swat outside the apartments to where we couldn't get into the apartments. Its unsafe and unbabital DO
