Crossings at Silver Oak

Move in was great. They had everything we needed and everyone was just awesome. These guys really know their stuff. No bugs, no mice clean apartments. I recomend Silver Oaks to anybody looking for a good moving experience. Thanks to all the Silver Oaks staff for making things easy to move in.

0/5 Stars — If I Could Give Less, I Would This has been one of the worst apartment experiences I’ve ever been involved with, and it wasn’t even my own lease — it was my sister’s. The management here has been consistently dishonest, giving conflicting information about payments, procedures, and how to get out of the lease — always in ways that conveniently benefit them. Every interaction with the office has been rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. They’ve used bullying tactics over the phone, and when we tried to follow up, they suddenly claimed “no one was available” or denied previous conversations entirely. The living conditions are just as unacceptable. The apartment has had roach issues, and maintenance requests — including those addressing pests and basic repairs — are repeatedly

Stayed here. Had a great experience. Only issue I had was with the security deposit but after speaking with the manager, it was resolved. My advice is when you do your first initial walk through, be very attentive with everything from stove drip pans, carpet etc. Take pictures, videos etc. Regardless, never had any issues with anyone else and will definitely consider silveroaks in the future if needed. I have lived here for a month and every night i have found german cockroaches in various lifecycle stages in my bathroom and kitchen. These are the worst kind of roaches that can cause serious health issues and illness. Nothing you do as an individual will be able to get rid of them. Management needs to get a serious extermination plan to fix this. Lucky i only plan on staying here for the 12 month lease and am doing my best to mitigate the infestation in my own apartment

Stopped by looking for assistance in order to find a place. Assistant Gaby was amazing! She was incredibly helpful, very nice, and so easy to talk to. She made the whole experience smooth and comfortable. If I could give her 10 stars, I absolutely would! Highly recommend her!
