Crossings at Radburn

I had similar situations like a couple of months' delays from closing last year due to covid supply delay. Also the board members will definitely need to provide a better solution for parking issues in the future, but I like the community so far and all of the faculty members were nicely supported/helped especially Salvatore, Stefano, and Rich. Thank you!

I viewed the model home on a quiet Sunday afternoon similar to the other review below and loved the model home. Though, after speaking to Salvatore Pianello, I felt that he was a bit cold and didn’t provide enough information to a first-time home buyer and was not friendly whatsoever. I was very interested in making this property my next home but after meeting him and discussing, I was very turned off and will be pursuing other options. Also, if you look at the other positive reviews here, he is one of them and looks like a family member is as well.

Model home was beautiful. Love the optional upgrades and the area. That said, I didn't get a great feeling from the sales guy, Sal. I was a bit surprised by that given the positive reviews from others but I'd like to feel a bit more welcomed particularly when I'm considering such a large expense. No one else was there, so he wasn't busy and it was a very calm Sunday afternoon. Perhaps he had an off day but I went from being extremely enthusiastic about the prospect to lukewarm after meeting him and pursued other options.

So unprofessional. When you are looking to buy everyone is “nice”. After closing, no one answers your calls for maintenance concerns. Even if it’s an emergency situation. They try to sell you on their support but they don’t care about your concerns once you have given them your money. Look elsewhere. I’ve had better experiences living in a apartment complex than this and apparently they are “luxury homes”.

I just want to add my review as I sent a friend in to actively shop a few new home subdivisions, as I am relocating from Kentucky. The young man who is the sales representative at this community was extremely helpful to my friend, who was not the buyer but he also shared and educated me while on a FaceTime call while my friend toured the model home. Salvatore P. Also pointed out some features of the home and the location of this community. I have been most impressed with his knowledge compared to a few other new home subdivision near this location. I will definitely be scheduling an appointment when I arrive to town in lieu of my relocation.
