Crossings at Minshall Park

This place is great I recommend it to anyone. The apartments are beautiful and the grounds are so well kept. I couldn't imagine being anywhere else. And the staff, wow, where do I start. The manager was so helpful. She had everything taken care of for us and the keys ready to go when we showed up to unpack. They are all so helpful. The maintenance team is great too. I needed to buy a light bulb at the store and they heard about it. 3 minutes later this guy shows up and slaps that lightbulb in so fast. Thanks for the help Tony. Apartments are clean too. No bugs or critters that i have seen anywhere. Anyway I can't say enough about this place and the area its in. There's a walmart practically next door. OK, well just had to say that. Thanks Minshall Staff you guys are great!

I just moved out of Crossings at Minshall Park, and like any apartment someone lived for 5+ years, there was some ware. If anyone knows me, I keep my place up as nice as can be. They charged me to replace the carpet, paint the whole apartment, cleaning that I had already done when I moved out and $100 month to month fee. I advise what I fail to do, take pictures before you move in to show the ware that is already there. Really I would advise, DON'T MOVE INTO CROSSINGS AT MINSHALL PARK.

The assistant manager was very helpful and sweet. She made me feel truly welcome and seen. I’ve never lived in an apartment community that goes out of its way to make residents feel appreciated. They even gave me a welcome gift when I moved in, which was such a thoughtful touch. I’m so happy to be here!

From day one I was trapped in a door due to the door being stuck. The freezer smelled like decay, from something that must have died in it. After that, my experience went more downhill. Roaches from the beginning even crawling on the ceiling. The person comes in to spray, yet, it does not "magically" stop the problem, due to simply spraying air. The apartment complex said to pay 200 dollars for the roach infestation, even yet, said roaches in a apartment complex is simply normal. There are cracks in each corner, the tub is pealing, and the roaches have fun crawling in every corner as well as the tub. There is also porch thieves, of which we pay for "security" yet the apartment complex does not want to portray a pretty picture among giving us secure living arrangements. The final stipulatio

I love living here! My now husband lived here since 2023, and since getting married I have been here for about a year now! I really love this apt complex. The apartment is very clean, we have not had any bug issues in the house, and anytime (which is rare) that we need any maintenance done, the service is very quick and they are always very sweet! The owners are absolutely wonderful! They love blessing the residents with fun events and treats, and are very kind and loving people!! Truly a great experience! Highly recommend!
