Crossings at Midtown

-10⭐️’s NOT. WORTH. THE. PRICE. Worst apartment experience. -Management is unprofessional disorganized negligent and little to no communication. -Apartments are out of date and unclean. -Most the tenants smoke in unit, whether it be marijuana or cigarettes, the central hallway to your units typically smell of smoke sometimes lingering into your unit if you are a non-smoker, it is problematic. -No possible way to put a quality air filter for central air unit. -Windows and patio sliders are dated. Not properly installed creating drafts. -No covered parking or option for covered parking. -Majority of the tenants, are peaceful and nice. -Dogs are welcome and environment is dog friendly.

This is a roach invested place. Management doesn't care and has changed hands already. I have had the city health inspector come out. Unless they see an actual roach while they are inspecting they cannot do anything. Ceiling sags, holes in walls, doors, can see through to another wall. They will not let my son out of his contact. He's a college student and it's very sad that this place is so greedy. My son had no heat in the winter, and just got the AC fixed last month. Someone took all the USPS mail boxes so my son could not get mail for 5 months. My son and I have worked construction & by all codes this should be condemned.

“Mandatory spray” and they threaten a $70 fee if you don’t let them in but they never show up :) That’s why you see the roach in my BATHROOM Cracks all in my ceiling. A literal hole above my shower. A love my toilet is literally sinking in. My I first moved in they had plumbing issues so my lights were leaking. They are never in the office. A year ago their hours were until 4 now it’s until 12 They don’t enforce any rules. I’ve had multiple men follow me home because they were drunk walking their dogs. They don’t care about leash laws. They let dogs run freely. It either smells like weed or cigarettes Their washers and dryers do not work correctly and you’ll just waste more of your money washing them again. My until for my ac/heater looks like it’s going to break any day The lights

🚫🚫The truth is I have nothing good to say about these apartments or their administration, the services provided by the administration are terrible starting with Maria and the maintenance man Skip who always lied about the maintenance he would do and never did it, at first Maria was a good manager trying to supposedly solve the problems of the apartment but the solution never came starting with the leak of rainwater or water from the smelly drain that came out of one of the closets, even the bathtub 🛁 they never unclog it, it was always clogged, oh the problem with the neighbors and the leak of their waste into my apartment until I told them that I would file a complaint with the city was when they did something and apparently one of their owners or representatives stopped by my apartment t

I am one of many that would leave less than one star. The cockroaches, mice and leaks should be enough to not wanna move here. It’s the rude unprofessional demeanor of the lady that runs the office that put the icing on the cake for me. She thinks she is the warden of a prison the way she treats people with simple complaints. I threw away all my clothes because of a leak that steamed out my apartment and it was entered into the portal. The queen of cockroaches told me she is going to tack on extra money because of a 60 day notice that we gave her 60 days before that. I asked to talk with someone who actually is in charge and she refused. Cym living is a joke and if you’re thinking about renting while they own it I would think twice.
