Crossings at Lakewood

The apartment is gorgeous and very clean! Sabrina helped us by making the move-in seamless. We had a few cosmetic things that needed to be fixed and they were fixed promptly! I highly recommend this apartment complex! Rent is reasonable, it’s quiet at night, and the office staff is very helpful!

Horrible apts. Mold in kitchen. Dish washer left used smelly moldy water all over my dishes. Management did not advise me they want to come check on my apartment kitchen a white tall early 30s man brownish hair who was thin, enterend my apartment after I did not want to answer my door( I stayed quiet) I assume he entered thinking no one was home. There is a hole in the corridor closet where the water heater is located that flooded the whole corridor and some of the areas of both of my bedrooms. The carpets smelled so bad like if it was sewer water that came up that hole. They charged me for it after I left the apartments. I gave my 30 days notice. 30 days before my lease was over, they emailed me saying that I had to stay. I told them that I had already made plans to leave so I would not b

i had called to schedule an appt to view the location Nancy was very polite, very professional and very welcoming and made sure i understood the next steps of the process. she made me feel like its a safe environmental place to live for and also was very appreciated that she was quite on giving me a call back on my questions and concerns.

I set up an appointment to see the property five days ago, they called me five minutes before the schedule time to ask me to come to a different location?? very unprofessional, and after seeing all these reviews, who would want to live here anyways? maybe higher better management

Best place in town to live... I've lived here 3 years and I absolutely love it.... Mangement is top tier ..... Maintenance is phenomenal... And my neighbors are phenomenal..... 10 out of 10 I recommend.
