Crossings at Clairemont

I’ve lived at The Crossings at Clairemont for a little over 1-1/2 years. I moved here on a recommendation from another tenant but made my final decision based on the layout of each building, the small neighborhood feel & a nice sized patio. I continue to stay based on convenient location, good management, timely maintenance, friends I’ve made & good neighbors. The area is quiet & peaceful, I feel safe especially with gates, and my overall experience is great. New management & maintenance is also a real plus that has bettered the community. I can recommend living here if you want quiet, peaceful, and safety.

I have been a resident of Crossings at Clairemont for the past three years and have really enjoyed my time here. Management has been very accommodating whenever I’ve needed help with anything. Mary has extended herself many times to assist this tech-challenged senior with technical problems I could not manage myself. Maintenance personnel have responded to requests for service promptly and professionally. We are very lucky to have such a fine, caring staff here. I am staying another year. Thank you to everyone who contributes to making our community a desirable place to live.

I have been a resident at Crossing at Clairemont since November 2022. I love living here. Community is gated and I love the cottage feel of my one bedroom apartment. It is very quiet and peaceful. Any maintenance issues I’ve had, have been handled quickly. If peace and quiet is what you’re looking for, look no further. Happy resident!!!

This is the perfect place for my uncle. He needed a single level and wanted a manageable outdoor space. It’s a gated community which is very nice. He does share walls on either side with neighbors and has never even heard them. Very quiet. Mary the Manager was wonderful help and even suggested the best apartment for his needs.
