Crossings Apartments in McAllen is my home and it has been for about 5 years. I have been very satisfied with everything. First of all Sandra The Manager is very professional, and she gets things done, If you have any problems she will quickly take care of you. The apartment complex is very nicely kept, lawns are nicely manicured, the pool is always clean, as well as the laundry facility and the fitness center. Our head of maintenence, Cesar is always around and ready to help you when you need him.. he is a very courteous and knowledgeable young man. The apartments are well maintained.. Peaceful place to live.. Everyone is friendly ,, Ms Sandra is a very nice lady, very helpful. Caesar the maintenance man, is very respectful.. Recommend these apartments..

I've been a resident here for 3 years. The landlady (Sandra) has been very accommodating and has promptly taken care of everything as normal maintenance issues arise. These apartments are well maintained and the neighbors are pretty nice too. Obviously it is next to a railroad though so occasionally you might hear a train at night, but other than that I really can't complain. She's been doing a great job as a manager.

Great customer support and maintenance, great teamwork - Sandra (landlord) & Cesar (maintenance) do great work taking care of the residents needs and the property. Any given time you report an issue it gets taken care of immediately. I highly recommend this location.

We been here 8 y now we really recommend this apt it’s really quiet ,tenants are a really nice people, Sandra the property manager is a really nice person she’s always whiling to help us and Cesar the maintenance always working n having everything ready for us ,if your looking for apt we really recommend the Crossing apts
