DO NOT COME LIVE HERE!!! Worst experience ever. Once they get you to sign a contract, you’ll have to constantly ask them to fix different things in your apartment. Everything is dirty and infested with cockroaches. Most things in the gym dont work. You will pay A LOT FOR SO little. Management doesn’t listen to their customers. Pictures are not real! Dont be fooled!

The rental office was very professional when I made a request to have things removed from the apartment and the maintenance workers did a great job on the repairs and clean up

I am a current resident, moved from out of state. To start before we moved in we did virtual tours and talked a lot with the leasing office to be sure it was a good fit because we moved from WI and couldn’t tour before we moved. We were told there was laundry on site and there would be a new pool that would be ready before summer (both false and pool is just now being constructed). I am so dissatisfied and disgusted. The fact that we have had several problems, but when I call the office I am always sent through to another company that says “We will rely the message and they will give you a call” yet no one ever calls us back. We have called over a dozen times. I went to the physical office and voiced my concerns, they said they were told the problems were resolved (which they never were).

I’m a current resident.This is one of the worst places I have lived . Management is very Disrespectful for one . Two if you call the Office with an Issue they will tell you they will get back to you . THEY NEVER DO!! If you have a car DONT PARK IT HERE BECAUSE THEY WILL TOW IT . These reviews have to be fake. Because there is nothing clean about this Complex. ***Water*** if you need to take a shower do it at night because the water is always getting Cut off DUE TO ONGOING MAINTENANCE. For the First couple months of me living here . I told them that my bathtub was barely connected and I could see into the other apartment. And the other apartment wasn’t remodeled and had no locks on the door . So instead of them fixing the door and putting a lock on the apartment next door or fixing our

This place lies about how the place look. They happy to take your money and then boom don’t care how thr outside look. You have alot of dogs chasing after you and you report it they do nothing about it .
