Crossing at Southern Hills

To be honest this place don't even deserve a star they are trying to evict me and they have violated my lease. I haven't had hot water since September 10th 2024 and all they want to do is keep giving all of us a run around about when it's gonna be fixed. I really don't recommend renting here it's ran by crooks!!!!

London square ownership and management has really stepped up the game and the two years that I have been here there have been a lot of ups and downs a lot of changes I can honestly say this time it is awesome I'm glad I stayed and hung in there if you're looking for a great place to live clean environment awesome management friendly kind patient and understanding hard-working maintenance join the London square team it keeps getting better and better. New move ins are totally remodeled they're taking time and working on the outside but don't judge it until you get in. Being patient and understanding has truly paid off thank you Tessa and Jordan the management team

I would not recommend anyone to live here.! Been without hot water for over a week the people in the office are a complete joke.! They do not fix anything at all and now there is no pest control but yet the lease states they provide it and trust me you will need it.! Please do not rent here or you’ll be miserable like all the other tenants.

Edit: January 2024 - I took my review down to 1 star. I gave my 30 day notice (written notice from current apartment had to be sent to my new apartments) in December of 2022. I moved out in December 2022. Lease ran up in January 2023 so I paid my last month even though I wasn’t living there. I got a letter in the mail at my new apartment a couple months later that was forwarded from my old address telling me that they were taking me to court for unpaid rent from Jan-Apr. I never resigned??!! Anyway, it was so late getting to me that I missed the court date and they got default judgement. I was confused because the manager signed a paper saying that I gave my 30 day notice and sent it to my new apartments so how did they not remember that I moved out?? I am currently dealing with that. Tha

Surprised there aren't more reviews that are 1 star in here after the news release... No hot water since december... and property management refuses to contact their tenants???? Roaches throughout the facility?! I bet you haven't even lowered your rates to where they belong. If anyone at this property is paying over 500 to live here with these problems continuing, they're severely getting screwed..
