I agree that Bianca is terrific, and the maintenance man has also been excellent. I would love to see improvements made to the common areas, particularly increased lighting in the parking lots and mail area. The sidewalks and pavement also need to be evened out to better serve older residents. Additionally, the pool area needs attention. I’ve lived here for almost six months and have not had access to either the pool (which has been closed since I moved in) or the gym. I was not provided a FOB for these amenities, and I am concerned that I may be charged for it when I move out. The neighbors are very friendly and genuinely look out for one another. Crossdale Flats have improved greatly since having a full-time manager on site. It truly shows how much she cares about her residents. Every time I go into the office, I receive a warm and welcoming greeting. She has been very supportive and is helping me with a transfer to a first-floor apartment due to my medical issues, as I am no longer able to go up or down the stairs.

i am usually not the one to write reviews but Ms. Bianca truly exceeded my expectations. this professional interaction didn’t just feel as if i was getting pushed into signing a lease for a sale, but joining a forever home and a wonderful community. all of my questions were answered with clear direction. this company is blessed to have someone like Bianca.

I toured a two bedroom today with Zoila. This community’s is not far from I-85 and a good commute to Duke Regional Hospital on 501. I also loved the proximity to Whipporwill Park! They offer upgraded units and they are so impressive! Washer and dryer is included! The pool and playground are the perfect way to relax and enjoy down time. The three bedrooms come with covered carports which are really hard to find. This place is a hidden gem!
