Cross Timbers Title Company

We had a closing through another company that arranged this location to be more convenient for us. It is great that they coordinate with other companies for the convenience of customers in the area. We have also closed with Cross Timbers Title previously and have full confidence in their services.

As a local Real estate broker I've had multiple dealing with this title company. My clients have had problems in the past but Cross Timbers had contacted me about my clients complaints and rectified them. Taking the time to contact their costumers about complaints and make right is proof that this title company values costumer service and I'm glad to give them my business.

Was told I would be funded Friday the day I signed the papers at 4:30 that afternoon I was informed that "Cross Timbers" policy was No Transfers after 2pm. so I had to wait till Monday to receive payment.
