Eric Dean with Cross Creek is AMAZING. He’s relatable and friendly, he is constantly monitoring the MLS and lets you know when things are available that match your interest. He’s honest about the likelihood of things that match your interest popping up and how often that will occur. He promptly communicates with other realtors and schedules tourings and anything you need. Over the course of eight months we went through many properties until we found something that worked for me, and he was there the whole process consistently! He will refer you to the best lending options, the best inspectors, etc. I’m telling you, Eric is the bees knees and not only was he a great Realtor that found me a home, but I feel like I have a lifelong buddy as well.
