Cross Creek at Murfreesboro Apartments

My fiancé and myself sold our home and were dreading the idea of looking for that perfect apartment,I called Cross Creek Apartments and spoke with Haylee set up an appointment to look, and told her what we desired and she was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. We are very pleased with everything she has done for us, she went above and beyond our expectations and have no problem giving a five star review. Thank you so much Haylee and also Zac 🤘

We lived in Cross Creek for 5 months while our house was being built. I would give the staff and the maintenance people 5 stars. They were always responsive and friendly. However the apartment itself was absolutely disgusting. The cabinets were velcroed to stay shut, the windows wouldnt stay open. When I did open them they were full of paint chips. The moulding behind the dryer was molding and black. The entire apartment was so dirty no matter how much I tried to clean it. There were spiderwebs and bugs all over the outside of our door and in the hallways. Our place always smelled musty from the people below smoking. While the apartments are spacious they are not well maintained on the inside. The model looks nothing like the actual apartment. If they updated these they could be really nic

I had an amazing experience at Cross Creek Apartments! Selena was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of getting my apartment. She stayed in constant communication, answered all my questions, and made everything feel so easy and stress-free. I truly appreciate her professionalism and kindness. I absolutely love my new apartment — it’s so spacious and comfortable, even better than I expected. The community is located in a very nice, quiet area, which makes it feel safe and peaceful. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my decision. Highly recommend Cross Creek Apartments and definitely ask for Selena!

Selena made it very easy for me to get everything taken care of during a difficult move from out of state! She was very responsive throughout the entire process and answered all questions that I had! I would recommend Cross Creek to anyone!
