Cross Creek Apartments

Cross Creek is a nice set of apartments next to a comfortable park. Whenever maintenance is needed, they are swift and considerate for those of us who work at night. I have had no issues with the admin. Would recommend.

We lived here for three years. The apartment was minimally acceptable upon move-in. We needed to have a few things fixed, including outlets in the kitchen which were not up to code. The carpet was new, but so cheap that it caused rashes which didn’t stop until we had vacuumed several times. It was also not secured properly to the underfloor, which caused corners to come up and a crease to form for the length of the living room. One good thing I can say is that the manager and maintenance guy that we had for the first year of our tenancy were at least decent. That’s certainly not the case anymore, though. They’re absent and inept at best, negligent at worst. The neighbors overall are okay. Visits from the sheriff’s department are occasional for domestic disputes, and fire/ambulance vehicl

Good size however the management is horrible. They go through new management just about every year and there is no consistency in their policies. Some managers are super strict and some don’t care. Parking can be a challenge and there are no amenities such as a pool or gym at this complex.

Management is absent, fixes are cheap and faulty. Plan to not get your security deposit back.
