It’s disappointing that residents are paying $1,500 a month and still forced to live without proper heating and cooling. Over the summer, they had no air conditioning and were given window units as a temporary fix. Now that winter is here, they don’t have heat, and many are relying on space heaters that are driving up their electric bills. The rent continues to increase, yet residents are not being provided with a safe and comfortable living environment.

The new "leasing professional" is rude, unhelpful, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. The complex refuses to fix anything in your home, and the rent is too extraordinarily high to be ignored when multiple work orders are put in. The office doors are always locked during normal business hours. Please do not move here, especially without a section 8 voucher.

This place is literally a living hell. Once again, the management doesn't do anything but lie to get a check to make it seem like they are actually doing something when they aren't. And this has been a constant issue since 2021. I don't understand how we could be treated this way as residents when all we ask is for one simple thing to be fixed in a timely manner. We are human too with lives of our own, nobody wants to come back home with the same issues you been calling about for months and nothing has been done about it. It's really disappointing on how they claim they are doing something by putting in "work orders" when again, nobody doesn't seem to like their job to do it anymore so they just, again, lie for a check and etc. WHEN IS ENOUGH GOING TO BE ENOUGH?

WORSE PLACE TO LIVE. This place is horrible if you have children. They never have a good management team. So many people without AC in 90 degree weather. They never answer the phone and they don’t seem to care. My kids are small so they are cranky and crying a lot. It’s been 3 weeks without any AC. I can’t even stay in my apartment. They give you a portable AC but that is a joke.

As a tenant who has only been here for a month and a few weeks, i’d say it’s a pretty subpar place. The unit my partner and I were placed in is pretty okay, the neighbors aren’t though. It took them from when we moved in to just now to replace my porch light. Now, our bedroom isn’t holding heat, the neighbors are extremely loud with their kids and their own family in more ways than one, the complex itself took about a week or two just to get me my mailbox key and maintenance hasn’t even acknowledged anything that has been put in for my unit! I’ve called about 4 times about that and it’s still left undone! There was a promotion in-office for turning on AutoPay when I moved in, still haven’t gotten my reward for that. Office issued a final notice of demand for paying rent but I wasn’t aware
