I recently transferred to a new apartment after being informed—just two weeks before my scheduled move—that the unit I had selected over 60 days earlier was never actually available due to a “glitch” on the website. Unfortunately, the new apartment has serious plumbing issues. My kitchen sink has been unusable for over a week, repeatedly backing up with sewage water that causes the entire apartment to smell unbearable. I’ve been forced to empty it out by hand, only for it to fill back up again. I was also told that repairs would not even begin for another week. When I asked if I could at least wash my dishes in a vacant unit until the issue was resolved, I was told no and instead advised to use my bathtub—a completely unacceptable and unsanitary suggestion. Been here going on 6 months, nothing but PROBLEMS. Within 2 months I had a backed up sink that turned into a whole situation of them having to dig up the floors in my apartment and having my 1 year old child and I being put out of our home for a week. Then Jan 31st I discovered water coming up from under my floor boards which led to my ceiling caving in 2 days later. They tore down 45% of my ceiling in the living room and left it open and exposed for 2 weeks. Cold air and whatever other fumes coming through to the point My daughter had to visit the hospital. They were very negligent during this whole experience, no one reached out to me to update me with anything or to even check on me and my daughter. Unfair Charges and Questionable Tactics I am extremely disappointed with the way this apartment complex handled our move-out process. We were slapped with a $600 charge and told our security deposit would be withheld due to allegedly "dirty and stained" carpets. This is completely untrue. The carpets were in good condition when we left, and we took care of the apartment throughout our lease. What’s even more concerning is that we noticed a pattern: several neighboring units had their carpets replaced with wood flooring as soon as the tenants moved out. This leads me to believe that the management may be trying to pass off renovation costs onto outgoing tenants by falsely claiming carpet damage. This Apartment Complex was great! Michael has done really well! We got our pool passes yesterday and it was great. I didn’t take long and we enjoyed our time. I’m sad I moved out. But these apartments were so nice and welcoming.

Beautiful apartments with lots of space, and storage space. Great home if you don't pay attention to detail. Nice upgrade to a regular sized 2 bedroom apartment, at an acceptable rate.
