Awesome 2/1.5 square footage with large gated patio and outside storage closet. My place was renovated and ready to move in except some sweeping. Leasing office personnel made sure I was given an apartment due to the original one was not ready for another 4 weeks to move into that I had signed for. Grounds are clean and well kept. Maintenance is on call and on point everytime I complain they get right on it. Upstairs neighbors get on my nerves is the worse part of it all!! Like nearby neighbors and have acquired several friends here. Parking spots are always available with no assigned parking. Parents need to watch their children better on the playgrounds and running around. Garbage compartments readily available and there are many. Roaches are here and there could be worse I suppose. N

We lived here for a short time and the community itself is nice. Most people are very friendly and overall the area is kept up pretty nice being next to the golf course. Where this review takes a turn and is the reason for such a bad star rating is due to the management and service provided by staff while living here. First, Candace Sharpe, the property manager is extremely deceitful and unprofessional when approached regarding situations no matter what it may involve. And second, “Mike”, the maintenance manager exhibits the exact same behavior that seems to be common within the management team there. Untrustworthy, deceitful, lazy. We could not wait to leave once our lease was up and would recommend anyone thinking about moving here to highly consider other options.

The leasing office NEVER answers the phone. Ive watched the phone ring and no one answers. The COMMUNICATION is horrible. I had/have to go to the office to get anything done. Terribly Inconvenient. I had to ADVOCATE for myself this entire process. That was the first thing that should've spoke to me, but I ignored it. I CRIED from frustration the first 2 days I moved here. Thankful to Mr. Ant in the office, he has helped save the day a few times atp. I wasn't able to see the apartment before I moved in, but I thought this was a great neighborhood, so I blindly trusted, only to be given the wrong unit number to hook up utilities. It wasn't until MOVE IN DAY that I realized as I walked in with my family, that it wasn't the unit I was promised. The LEASING manager that I have been working with

Been living here almost 5 years now. Since year 2, we've had a constant bug infestation in our kitchen (something that others on the neighborhood portal also report), despite all tenants paying 'pest control fees,' while hornet/yellow-jacket nests go undisturbed for weeks at a time, EVEN THOUGH THEY'RE AT THE ENTRANCE TO THE BUILDINGS. Croasdaile is honestly the worst place you could rent for the absurd rates they charge (that keep going up, with no increase to living quality). If you're looking for somewhere to live, do NOT choose Croasdaile. Edit: croasdaile claims they have 'pest control services' but not once in the last 3 years, has *any* exterminator been through our complex. There are weeds so overgrown that they can be seen from units across three lots. Croasdaile has the most ina

When I first started living here it was EVERYTHING . The longer I continue to stay it’s not all of that. My base rent v. What I actually pay is extremely different! But the real thing is what happened today that showed me to lower my initial 5star review to three. I asked management two days ago if the pool was open, it is supposed to be year round … which we pay for… but I wanted to ask anyway. I was told the pool was open. I took off work, took m daughter out school early just to enjoy the pool. The weather is weird in NC so when I saw the chance for 80 degree weather I jumped on it. Again, management told me TWO days ago it was open. I got my daughter’s hopes up, got her dressed, purchased pool food and everything. The pool is NOT open, I was told the chemicals haven’t been put in yet.
