Filthy houses in poor repair that cost way too much to live in. Management doesn't want to meet anyone face to face - seriously they will charge you an extra fee for trying to drop off your rent in person - and they are incredibly verbally abusive towards anyone who doesn't do exactly as they want. They will let you move in to a smelly dirty holes in the walls house with asbestos in the ceiling and mold in the floors and tell you it's your fault for signing the lease. They will charge you stupid, exorbitant fees upon move out for stuff they didn't even provide while you lived there. Do not trust them. They will mess you over.
