Criterion Inspections

Met with Ralph at the site of the four LL126 inspections and we spoke in much detail regarding my pending purchase of another property on the block and the correctives in addition to the inspections underway. Ralph was detailed and not hurried.... Very much appreciated the price point and his diligence. I recommended him to a family member who has multilpe clinics locally. In short I enthusiastically recommend Ralph and his team ****.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars Exceptionally satisfied with Criterion services, scheduling, on time show up, polite and respectful personel The inspector Ralph very highly recommended for the job. He even went beyond his duties to help the owner take care of building's issues. One of the issues was a roof chimney cover cap that fell off; he made the needed adjustment to the base of the cap for properfitting, he reached out to the top of the chimney, placed it back and tightened the screws securely. Update: Ralph and his employees are great, informative and helpful once you do speak to them. I understand that it is a busy season for the company but it would be great to speak to someone instead all these automations. I will be using them again in the future and highly recommend. No human contact, just automated bots. Is this even a real company. Been trying to contact company for days. I left voicemail and instead of having a human contacting me I received a text message. The text contained a link for a form to be filled out for a quote. I did as asked but again received another text to leave a deposit. Who does business like this?

I used Criterion Inspections for 2 home inspections where I was looking to purchase a new home. The first property fell through so unfortunately we had to keep looking. During both home inspections, we had Jun as our inspector and he was great to work with and made sure all our questions and concerns were answered and addressed.When we found our 2nd property, the bank's appraiser raised an issue and Jun was able to assist in providing more clarify to help resolve the issue. Would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for an inspector to purchase a home.

The company Criterion was very efficient and easy to work with. Their pricing was reasonable and their services were completed in a timely manner. I would recommend them without hesitation.
