My in-laws decided to move home from out of state and built a home here. I love the design, options, and so many things about this home. I was disappointed in some minor details and some difficulty with a new upgraded stove purchase. While that was not in their control, there were some things I felt could have been handled better. Our initial contact was with Matt who also handled the final walk through. I would give Matt a “10” on this review. He is a man of his word, has soft skills which is almost impossible to find and can not be taught. He was organized, meticulous, genuinely concerned for my in-laws and that they were getting last minute details completed. When we were unable to reach a supervisor and unsure how to handle the stove I reached out to Matt. While it was not the point of
Good homes and great people! Amazing views and plenty of woods to have a good time. The only complaint I have being a home owner here is the soil is not great for growing a lawn.
