Coming from out of town, she did her due diligence to be sure that when we came to town to look at homes, we focused on those that really met all of our needs. Nicole was knowledgeable about the area which was invaluable to us. She also has a good feel for the local markets and helped us realize what was over priced and what was not. We really appreciated her honesty and hard work throughout the process. We found our dream home and could not be happier.

CHOOSE CRISTINA! It was our first time buying a home so we were a little clueless in some steps of the process, and she was patient and super knowledgeable. It will feel like you are doing business with a good friend. She went above and beyond for us many times, and she is an absolutely amazing person as well. I was stressed during many steps of the process and she was able to give me all the info I needed to put my nerves to rest.

I did not enjoy my experience with Victoria Moor Gambrell. I felt as though she rushed the rental inspection and when I asked for something as simple as burnt out lightbulbs to be replaced before our move-in date, she reported back to the landlord that I was “challenging the law”. This set off a negative tone with the landlord (who ended up not being great to work with either). When our parents tried to get involved, noticing signs of advantage being taken of young tenants, Victoria refused to speak with anyone not on the lease. She was cold and unfriendly and I would not recommend her if you are looking for a realtor who keeps your best interest in mind.

We worked with Deneen and Bonnie and they did an amazing job helping with site selection, communicating with the builder on pertinent things and being very responsive to all of our needs during the whole process. They were very pleasant to work with.
