The new staff has been great. Our property manager is quick to respond and very polite. Maintenance has been keeping up on things that need to be fixed and shoveling walks. Definitely appreciate the pleasant interactions and help around here. The unit I am in is in great shape and love my location. Convenient to local shops and highways. Glad to live here.
Since the new management took over, its honestly improved dramatically, the on top of any issues you may have, they get back to you in a fast an timely order, there very thorough. I'm impressed with how the apartments & town homes look. New floor New appliances. The matience team is very nice an helpful. Its a wonderful place to live very spacious. The management is great the units are great. Definitely worth checking out. James C.
I am so impressed with the new management and maintenance team. I had some work done in my unit recently, and I am more than satisfied with the work that has been completed. Management has communicated with me throughout the entire process and I feel that they truly care about the satisfaction of the work being done. Everything was done so clean and perfect. I love coming home everyday and I am happy I have a great team available to help when I need it.
The management we have now seems truly interested in us making Crick Hollow a home. I feel a three star may be unfair to this new group of managers, however in the past maintenance issues and promise for upgrades and repairs have been lost and not followed through upon. The units are spacious and could be amazing with some updates to kitchens and even exterior. The current management would rate a 4, as they are helpful and courteous.
If you are viewing this place, it looks beautiful, but the management and is horrible. The maintenance team goes above and beyond and clearly needs more help due to the insurmountable issues this property has. The management will charge you for amenities you are already paying for. If you think about renting here. Just move on. It is clearly in your best interest to not have to deal with them here.
