Do not rent here, Beth the leasing agent is beyond rude and liar, she tells you they will take care of things but never do nor do they return your full deposit at the end. The walls are extremely thin and the neighbors are suspicious and they like to be on your business 24/7, they will hit your doors and walls and follow you around to try to intimidate you. And if you have a camera on your door they will do anything they can think off to try to get you to take it down. They have quiet hours but people will still bang on walls or slam doors on purpose. The leasing office knows of all this but they never do anything. Worse living experience.
This place is horribly managed. They barely clean the place, there are mice and critters that are in the building. The walls are as thin as sheet paper. You can literally hear EVERYTHING that goes on in the building through your door, walls and the ceiling. And don’t get me started with the residents, kids run amuck in this building with no parents to be found. They treat the place like a playground. Leaving trash and damage to the property in their wake. They often let outsiders in the building that don’t even live here. Police are called here on a daily basis. This place is extremely dangerous and no place to bring your family to live. It looks nice, but once you start living here, it will literally drive you crazy how horrible of a living experience it is and this is just a summary of S
If you're thinking about moving there seriously you’ll regret it 1000%. There are so many issues. First off the place floods and the weed smell is pretty constant. Good luck getting anyone in the office because they have no staff. They are a mess disorganized and unresponsive. After you move in they hit you with over 10 pages of addendums to add to your lease. They don’t give you keys just key fobs that barely work and there are no washers or dryers you have to pay for it. Privacy is pretty much non-existent with cameras everywhere and there’s constant construction inside the building. The trash situation is bad too—there’s not enough dumpsters. Plus the bike storage is outside so your bike’s exposed to the weather and you’re not allowed to keep your bike on the patio. The “community cente
Thinking about moving here? Only if you’re into chaos and disappointment. Trash in the grass? Apparently part of the landscaping now. The kids? Loud, wild, and obsessed with knocking on random doors. Ding-dong ditch is back, but minus the ding-dong. Their parents? Who knows. Probably hiding from them too. And don’t bother asking a kid to get their parent. Either they won’t or the parent shows up just to make excuses. Accountability? Never met her. The place claims to be smoke-free, but it’s straight-up WEED AIR. If you’re sensitive to smells, turn around or invest in nose plugs. And the dog 💩? Absolutely everywhere. It’s like a 💩 scavenger hunt, but the only prize is stepping in it. HIGHLY don’t recommend walking in the grass unless you’re trying to take some 💩 souvenirs home with you.
VERY CLOSE TO BREAKING MY LEASE!!! You got cigarette smell everywhere, weed smell everywhere, and let me not get started on these rude kids. You got a middle school aged kid with an ankle monitor outside telling kids, “Let’s knock on this door” and “Let’s go do this”. Shame on all the parents allowing their kids outside without supervision. DO BETTER!!! Others shouldn’t have to suffer because of your poor parenting. Vandalism, screaming at all types of hours especially after 9PM, ZERO respect for neighbors. Management is just as worse. Can’t even stick to WHAT IS STATED IN THE LEASE!!! Y’all got me messed up. DON’T THINK ABOUT MOVING HERE IF YOU EXPECT PEACE!!!
