Crestview Terrace

Crestview Terrace is now called The Peaks. New ownership and they are making progress in fixing this place up! I'm so glad that I didn't have to move. The new manager, Angee Taylor is on top of things and very friendly. Can't wait to see all of the changes after completing their renovation. New parking lots and driveway starting next week!!!!

I visited greeneville terrace. They reported that they would have vacancy soon. She said rent for 1 bedroom was $900 in order to qualify you need to make 3x times the rent monthly. " I thought that was low income housing. I've worked every since I was 5 years old and I only draw 2x times the rent. Man wages have really increased or those are no longer low income. Went to plaza towers I make to much? Not sure, but feels it's hard to live in this state if your a honest Christian. I'm still waiting to hear back from Jennifer or aka Rachel. Not truly understanding the rules of acceptance in Tennessee or the doctor care they provide. I guess I'll buy a tent

Lived here back in 2014-15 and it was good at first, but when I first moved in Maintenance was incompetent and couldn't flip back over the breakers he was working with to make sure the power was on, my neighbor was strange and always fed stray cats and was always in my business. And don't be friendly to someone and help pay for their laundry if their short... some will toss your laundry right out into the parking lot! To top it off there was a hole where they were working on the tub before I moved in and it took Maintenance a month to finally patch it, and almost 2 months to fix my water heater when it busted and started pouring water all over my bathroom. Use to be home but toward last couple of years had a crooked manager that lied and manipulated to get what she wanted and didn't care who she destroyed to get it.

They were very nice and informative,they gave me the answer I was looking for. They have appcation inside and out.sobyou can always get one office is open 8am - 3 pm.
