Crestview Senior Duplexes

I am pleased to say that after moving in 5 months ago, that this is the best decision I could ever have made. The entire Crestview Community has welcomed me with open arms. All of the residents are friendly, courteous, helpful, fun to be around and it feels like just one big " Family Reunion" even though we are not related. It all begins with our manager, Mrs. Mary Johnson. She is professional, personable, knowledgeable, fair, informative, and overall has a "Listening Ear" to ensure she does all she can for each of us to make our stay here as comfortable as possible. She works closely with our dedicated and knowledgeable Maintenance Expert, Mr. Darvin, ensuring any maintenance concerns or issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner. I haven't been residing here very long, but I can certainly say that I'm very pleased with Mary (Community Mgr) and Darvin (Maintenance) they're ALWAYS very polite and professional. Mary (I see her walking this community on a daily basis) is always attentive to taken care of this property and its residents. TERRIFIC JOB by the both of them.

Mary is very unpleasant and absolutely rude community manager. I visited the office to place a work order for my mother and her attitude was nasty. Her being a senior citizen herself you would think she show some kindness and understanding. There are no activities for the seniors, there’s a constant turn over with maintenance, which makes my mother feels very uncomfortable. This should be an enjoyable place for our mothers and grandmothers to stay but Mary shows no compassion whatsoever I understand she been there since 1997 , change is good and maybe she needs to find something else to do. I would suggest you find your love one some where it’s active, compassion and concern. I’m currently looking to find my mother somewhere else to reside. You been warned. If I could rate it a 0 I wo

I HAVE TO SAY that Ms. Mary is the very best landlord I have ever had. She is very attentive to needs of residents. But you will hardly need anyrhing cause Ms Mary checks on you often. Making SURE everything is working and there are no bugs or rodents!The upkeep on these duplexes are way above anything Ive seen especially for low income. Thank you Ms. MARY! FOR MAKING MY HOME SO BLESSED! Keep on keeping on.

I'm enjoying my new journey here. The manager, Mary, has been pleasant, warmly receptive, professional, and made my move-in seemless. The neighbors have been friendly and extended a warm welcome to me. I look forward to my stay here.
