Decent place to stay if you are on a budget. AC is loud and disturbing. If that is something that will bother you better reconsider your options. Kitchen vent is not goods and smoke fills up the apartment and you will have to smell what you cooked for over half of the day if you stay in.

This place is awful this place does not care about the tenants or their children . The girls were encouraging the boys to fist fight so the girls could get their rocks off. Then this afternoon when the kids get off the bus the girls encourage the voice to fight again and I hollered out the window to make them stop and they cussed me out for everything but a child of God I told him they all went into the apartment complex as they live in your apartment because we're not responsible for the children if one of those children die who's going to be responsible then I said I'm just going to call the cops because this is ridiculous but she really didn't care she says do what you want to I don't don't care so I'm telling everybody don't move into these apartments they're awful unmanaged in the sta

This place with new owners have brought the property down. The cheap upgrades on the outside has done nothing compared to the continued neglect. We have had a roach and mouse problem for for two years. New owners decided to not pay for the premium pest control package. Mice infected all the buildings so bad that the had to do a roach and mouse clean out but still did take care of the out bait boxes. I just found another dead mouse today!! This the worst situation because clearly that have not handled the situation!!

I moved in recently. The downstairs floors are intolerably loud because presumably when they built the units, they neglected to put in insulation between the cieling and the floors, resulting in a creaky, crackity, loud air gap that transmits sound. The maintenance crew and administrative staff are nice and professional. Unfortunately, they are not above trying to screw you. I moved in three days before the end of the month, and they have put on my wastewater bill a $3.50 charge for 'Utility fee billing for 3 days.' This absolutely outrageous and risible junk fee, while it might net them an extra $3.50, will get the attention of the CFPB and other agencies. Absolutely stupid and unnecessary and unfair.

The quality of the apartment itself is decent, and the front office staff are very kind and helpful. However, this apartment is located in a very dangerous area of town. I’ve had 4 packages stolen, one of them within 20 minutes of delivery. They do not have a mail room or accept packages at the front office (unless you call and ask, but even then it’s only during business hours.) Given the part of town this apartment complex is in they could certainly do more to ensure the safety of its residents. For example, parking passes. Or a gate. Or even a mail room. Security is available to call, but other than that this apartment is not secure. I would not recommend young college students live here. One of the cars in my apartment building was broken into (glass broken). I understand this isn’t t
