Crestview Apartments

The old white woman that sits in the office all day is very rude. She is the most openly racist person I have ever met. She talks to tenants as though they are interrupting her day. She works for the company... who else are tenants supposed to go to. DO NOT LIVE HERE! It is not worth the money of the headache. People steal clothing from the dryers. The prices for the washing and drying went up recently. I have attached photos of the machines. They are in VERY POOR working condition. When you turn all 3 washers on at the same time, they somehow finish 10 mins apart. The tenants are all normal, working class people. Never had a problem with anyone living there. PARKING SPACES ARE A JOKE. The assigned parking spaces have about 2-3 inches on each side if parked directly in the middle. There is

Could have been a lot better My girlfriend and I rented an apartment here for 1 year. It was not a great experience. Walls and ceilings are paper thin and we had several plumbing issues. It was also very drafty, the electric bill was ridiculous thru the winter. 3 months in, the kitchen floor started to sink due to rotted wood beneath the floor. The maintenance team had to completely gut and redo the kitchen, 3 MONTHS IN! The maintenance team was fantastic. Always friendly, responded quicky and made it a point to be respectful of our property. They finished the floor repair in 2 days, but it was still an inconvenience to have our living room filled with kitchen appliances. Great place to live. Me and my fiance have lived here since 2010. Everyone is very nice and pleasant. Maintenance staff is fantastic, if we ever have an issue they immediately help out. No crime, no mischief. It does get busy though with the parking spaces so you have to make sure you are home before midnight. Other than that perfect place to live.

You won't get a moment's rest at Crestview Apartments you'll be able to hear your upstairs neighbors every single step the floorboard are so weak!!!!!
