Crestview Apartments

Used to be a nice cheap place to live. A new property manager came in and jacked up the price by 300 per month. I work in Opelika so I will be moving soon. It's not worth what they charge now

I have been inside of these apartments and they are really not worth the price charged for them especially for such a small space. Cornerstone and other apartments in the Alex City area to me are bigger and cheaper than these. Better off paying that price each month for renting out a house instead. If you have kids there’s really nothing for them to do, there’s no playground or play area or anything. For this amount would expect some sort of activities for kids to be able to go outside and do. Certain people can get away with doing things at this apartment complex while others cannot. The only nice thing is they are right behind Walmart so it’s very convent to get to Walmart.

How much is rent here me and my wife are looking for cheap apartment around 100 or 200 a month

Cheaper than some other places and is a lot like a new house and is really quiet

I still did not get deposit back from this property over a year. I wish I can get that back this year
