Rosemarie, Crestline Real Estate is the best Real Estate Agent on the mountain. Rose sold our house in a soft market when houses just aren't selling and at full price. Other houses for sale inour neighborhood with for sale signs haven't sold yet. She definitely goes the extra mile from start to finish.

Rose was great. Friendly, informative of the areas while driving around & during home tours, promptly handled paperwork & communication, and very reasonable pricing. She helped my wife and I find the perfect home for us. Highly recommended!

If I could give zero stars I would. My mother worked with this these realtors and we were up front on lower budget not being able to fix up a lot. They sold us a complete moldy house with so many other issues including electrical. I have a baby on the way and they want us to not make it a legal issue even though sellers never disclosed leak in house, leak in kitchen and several other things just tell us they tried to disclose as much as they could but they lived there for 5 or more years so they knew more and hid it. Realtors just want us to ignore problems and move on with our day but it’s impossible as we can’t even move into the home and now putting my mother in the worst predicament. I’m very sadden they seemed truthful but ended up not being at all. Id say save your family and money b

Rose was wonderful! After having our house listed with another local company for close to a year with no sale, we decided it was time for a change. We listed with Crestline Real Estate on a Friday and had an offer by Monday! It took about 6 weeks until final sale and close of escrow for the house in Crestline. Rose knows the market and the area well and she gave us good advice for selling. She always communicated, even when the update was that she was still waiting on something, so we were never left wondering what was going on. She even went above and beyond to send her daughter-in-law to unlock the door for me when I arrived to install smoke detectors and realized I'd forgotten the keys to the house!
