Crest at Riverside Apartments

How many times are they going to change the name?? I lived here a few years back. I used to pay rent on time and get receipts. A few times I didn’t. The last time I paid I didn’t get a receipt. A week later the office calls and said when are you paying rent … I already did. Ok we will call you back. They never did. Next month I paid my rent and they said you owe for two months. Huhhhh? No I dont. They told me they don’t accept partial payments, I owe two months. Apparently they changed management overnight and ALL of the people that worked AND LIVED THERE (onsite workers) were gone. And they stole a few people’s rent money before leaving. Mine included. I took my damn money back and I moved.

Horrible Neighborhood. Renamed Grace at Riverside . No AC/ Heat , roaches , rats and mold.
