This property is expensive and the overall conditions are unacceptable. The gym has been closed for several months with no updates on repairs. The bridge behind the building has rotting, missing boards, creating a serious safety hazard and the risk of falling into the contaminated lake below. The pool restrooms are closed and appear to be used for improper activity like crackhouse instead of being maintained. In addition, there is visible mold throughout the facility.Outdoor lights are broken, non working. There is no safety here. These issues need to be addressed promptly to ensure the health and safety of residents.

I can't even explain to you the horror I went through living in this condo. I moved there and after two months I had the experience of having water dripping on the laundry room on top of my laundry machines. The staff came to fix it a couple of times, but it was never fixed into the root of the problem. They would come and make makeup on it. A couples weeks passed, the mold spread to the whole apartment. I continue asked them to fix it for me. I went to the office couples times explaining the dangerous of living with mold. They didn’t care, they wanted to me sell new contract with almost $300 dollars difference. The office manager was arrogant and very rude. Moved in on August. Started paying rent at the beginning of the month but didn’t move in until the end so they had time to fix things that weren’t up to par. They fixed nothing before we moved in. Here it is in October and I’m still trying to get the hole in my ceiling, the hole in my bathroom wall, the lack of working outlets in my kitchen, my broken toilet lid, etc. fixed.

I’ve lived here for the last 2 years. Like some others have stated, I can agree that management hasn’t been the best until recently. There’s a whole new staff between the office and maintenance. Everyone I’ve met has been pleasant. I met the new property manager Sonia this morning and she is so kind. For the first time someone heard my complaints and truly cared. The new maintenance guy John came over and fixed my issues immediately after speaking with the manager. I hope everyone stays as people in the past haven’t made it for too long.

I was hesitant to apply here due to the amount of negative reviews I’ve seen but I had a great experience so I thought I’d share mine. The application process was super simple. The office staff walked me through everything on the spot. I worked with both Coy and Lucinda who were very knowledgeable about the property and the floor plans offered.
