Crescent Flats Town Center

I wanted to share how I got here. I chose the Town Center and Crescent Flats mostly because of its ideal location to my work. But it was leasing specialist Haley who sold me on my new home. It was her pleasant, knowledgeable and enthusiastic attitude that helped me to choose my adorable new place.

I visited Cresent Flats today as I was looking for a place closer to my job I met with Denise who was very plesent and knowledgeable about the property. I explained my situation and it seemed she really was looking for a living space that match what is was looking for. I definitely will be returning to see if I can find my new home.

Beautifully detailed and the location is unbeatable. Denise was so friendly and helpful. She took the time to listen to my extensive list of wants and did her best to find me the home that best ticked all the boxes.

I'm in the process of deciding between a few of their properties (hard to choose!) But in the interim, I did want to mention that I've had a really great experience with Cameron. He really has a passion for his job and he got me even more excited about the possibility of moving. I'm really loving the attention to detail, the updates here and there, and the overall vibe. Clean, cozy, nice finishes. I've lived in some spaces where I never really knew the property manager (or would want to) and this would be the opposite of that. I feel very welcome and I know any choice here will be a good one. I also love that so many shops are located locally - especially the little boutique that has 50 small businesses, all women owned!
