Pulte Homes in the Cresent Cove neighborhood are very unprofessional and will give you a very hard time with any warranty claim you make. I've only owned my house for 64 days and they made me go through a lot with finding the manufacturer after they denied my warranty claim twice just to replace a cracked window that was totally a manufacturer issue. I had to get another professional window company to say to them it was a manufacturer issue with why it cracked. Now they are taking they're good old time with other problems I'm having like, my right side of the house is totally graded wrong which professional companies have told me already and my 2 main doors they're own contractors have told me need to be replaced and reframed. We truly enjoyed the Pulte experience. The process was stress free and extremely informative with each step. The Pulte employees that we worked with were not only informative but very personable. The support you get at Pulte is top notch. The hardest part of all this was emptying all the boxes after the move. 😎👍

Overall, a wonderful experience from start to finish. Lauren on the sales team was great as was our construction manager Alec. Using their mortgage company was extremely easy and recommend. They have been very responsive to any issues, although they’ve been minor. We love our house. Great floor plan, a good value for your money. Only a few things keep me from giving a five star review. First thing is the floor plan on paper is a little deceiving for what you actually get. The floor plan will show a 14 x 14 bedroom. But in reality, it might be a 14 x 12. The contract will state there can be a couple inches difference, but 2 feet is a little more than a few inches but what they include in that 14’ is the threshold of the doorway, so be aware of when you’re looking at the floor plan that it m
