Crescent Bluff I

Great property! I was there last week and had the pleasure of meeting a gentleman named Ricky who was working on-site. He was extremely professional and very friendly. Even though he didn’t have to, he went out of his way to help me find my way to the office. That small act of kindness really made my experience on the property enjoyable. I wish more workers were like him—Ricky is a true asset to the team!

Usually I dont't have negative comments. I am so upset my ceiling has had water damage close to two years now I have complained more than 10 times rent goes up but no one respond to my request to fix ceiling. My air conditioner leaks water constantly maintenance repairs it 2 days later it starts again. I do not understand I have lived here for over 5 years in the past issues were taken care of in a timely fashion not now. Hoping it gets better very soon.

I’ve had the best experience with staying in Crescent Bluff II no noisy neighbors or kids maintenance person came whenever needed.The First apartment I’ve experienced no loud noises no one hangs out or stands outside very clean not a trashy environment. Everyone in the office was great and helpful 10/10 I will highly recommend

Tamera & Star in the office was very patient and helpful throughout my whole application process. Did a tour of the building and these apartments are beautiful in person, walk ways were clean complex was quite . Thank you guys!

I’ve had a great experience living here! Anytime I need something, maintenance responds quickly and takes care of it ASAP. The new apartment manager, is absolutely amazing friendly, professional, and always willing to help. It’s clear she really cares about the residents. Highly recommend this place!
