Crescent Arbors Apartment Homes

I lived at Crescent Arbors for two years. I loved the environment and my neighbors. There were days that I was the only person at the pool. The windows in my apartment were old and drafty making it cold in the winter. My apartment was also dark. The office staff, other than Ashley, is another issue. Other than Ashley, the office staff is unhelpful and at times even rude. I moved out in June and did not get my deposit back until September.

This review will have accolades that are well-deserved. I've lived at Crescent Arbors for 3 years and expect to be here for years to come. I love being here; it's my home. My apartment is lovely and nestled among mature trees and beautiful landscaping. The folks in management and maintenance truly care about creating and maintaining an environment that feels like a neighborhood. Their response time to my requests or questions is timely and handled well. The location in Cary is excellent, with an easy 1-mile walk, bike or drive to grocery stores, restaurants, various retail shops, a park, and greenways. I have lived at Crescent Arbors for 2 1/2 yrs and absolutely love it. The area is extremely quiet, well kept, management is amazing and always extremely helpful, and repairs are always done in a timely fashion. I would not hesitate to recommend this area to call home, and the apartment homes are very sound proof with the beautiful woods surrounding all the buildings. Although rent is somewhat higher then other apartments locally, you get what you pay for and they are definitely worth the extra expense for such a wonderful place to live. Darlene

I have lived at Crescent Arbors for a little over two years now. I love the trees, the quiet and most of all the fact that this is a smoke free community. You will find the residents are friendly (most have pets whom you will also get to know), the apartments are spacious and well maintained, and the area can't be beat. I can walk to Whole Foods, Harris Teeter, Walmart, my yoga classes and a variety of restaurants. The one thing I will mention is cost. At first I thought Crescent Arbors was a bit pricey. Then I started visiting other complexes and discovered their additional fees. These included pet rents of $20 to $30 PER month (in addition to a non-refundable pet deposit), water, "valet" trash, parking space fees, monthly washer and dryer hook-up fees (not to rent the washer and drye
