Creel properties - Ryan Manor

My daughter has lived here for 2 years while attending VCOM. It has been a wonderful experience for her. Terry and Misty have went above and beyond to help her with anything she has needed. We cannot say enough positive things about her experience here.

I lived here for 7 years during college. This place was my home. I felt safe. Never had any issue with theft or appliances not working. The price I see still great. It is within walking distance to campus. If Mrs Susan is there….Heeeey!! She always had a bowl of candy in her office.

The maintenance and staff are nice and timely. However, my unit was dirty when we moved in, and we had several reoccurring maintenance issues. Then the month we we're moving out we got a phone call asking for consent asking to show our unit to a potential tenant, we said no because we were not home and have a cat. They went in anyway and our cat sitter couldn't find the cat when they got there because it had a panic attack and hid.

I lived at Creel properties for 5 years. This was right after my husband had passed away. These people are very professional, friendly and helpful. I appreciate their willingness to go up and beyond to work with me. The apartments are maintained and updated on a regular basis. If you have a problem, they are on top of it! I would highly recommend Creel’s properties to everyone! Kathy Rogers
