Creekwood Apartments

I lived at Creekwood and highly recommend these apts. to anyone who Qualifies. I moved strictly for health and personal reasons or I would still be there. I have lived in other local subsidized apts and found this to be the best so far. The best staff. Karen is a gem, a small gym, cafeteria for activities and leisure, a media room, gazebo and lovely backyard and only 2 blocks from the interstate. I don't understand why the ratings are so low. Maybe old post. This is 2025 and trust me, you can't go wrong here.

The bleach blonde spikey hair lady in the office is everything you DON'T WANT in a landlord. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

This place is the cat's meow! I've had no problems of any kind. Great neighborhood, lots of fresh air, and sunlight comes right through the window! You can even have an aquarium in your room!! What's not to like about this place? Home be where the heart is found.

I have lived here for two years and I have found that the manager is doing the best she can, but the problem is that her boss Gwen is the problem. She is very rude and she is the one that is making this place where it is not home for us. We are not allowed to sit out in the foyer like we want to and visit with others or wait for the mail. There is the head of the association that is acting like she is the sheriff and wants to control what goes on in the apartment complex. She and her cohort are disrespectful to some of the residents. She tells people what can and cannot go on in the community room. She decides what kind of activities can go in and what kind of events can come to the apartments.

Creekwooe has alot of very nice people I have been here ror 2 1/2 years. Before Related Manegement bought Creekwood, it sounds like it was an awesome place. With new owners, it has lost alot of personal feeling. The corporation is all about making money. There are no homey touches, we dont have any sort of security or emergency services. The grounds are deteriorating, (Co doesnt care ), almost all the trees are dying, carpetting deteriorating, 1 elevator, no.service elevator( makes it difficult when people move) .our current office mgr is very nice, people here forget she has rules. I could go on, but...Home is what you make it. We all feel the same about our parent co.
