Creekwood Apartments

❌SOLDIERS BEWARE ❌my post was asked to be taken down when my boyfriend lived there and they threatened to kick him out for MY REVIEW. Here’s the tea of their “quality apartments”: 💩roach infestation(to which they charged us extra for even though it was due to other residents cleanliness) 💩Coordinated thefts from gates not locking or closed by people in the housing to the left and right 💩drug deals happening from said gates not being closed and no sort of resident or guest only enforcement 💩shootings regularly resulting in police regularly clearing the area and chasing criminals in the “backyard”(scaring our son) 💩amenities like hammocks and pool seats broken but never replace AND they increase the price the same year 💩wasp problem to which they SEALED THE WINDOW(FIRE HAZARD) and the hole

After posting the following review management came to my door and asked me to move out by the end of February. Initial review: Please don't look at the reviews from years ago. The management is very rude now. I was abroad when I rented so my furniture was moved in when I rented but I moved in a month after I started paying rent. The apartment was not cleaned from the last tenant.the AC is dripping in the bathtub so no chance on bathing, just showers.during and after showering there is a smell of rotten eggs coming out of the pipes. The kitchen sink cabinet was full of mold that they "fixed"a couple of times. The sink counter if falling apart from the moisture as we speak. I left for a vacation and when I came back the toilet bowl had water stains that won't brush away. No fix on that one.

Awesome place to live and the leasing staff are phenomenal to work with. The manager and her assistant made the moving transition so easy and very accommodating! If I could give 10 stars, I definitely would, because 5 stars just don’t do it justice! Seriously can’t recommend this apartment complex enough!

The customer service is amazing! I’ve talked to both Jhona & Stacey I believe that is how their names are spelt. Their work ethic is great they are quick with their knowledge with information I needed in a timely manner. They made sure I was taken care of. They were super kind. Exceptional service from the leasing office! They were responsive, professional, and made the entire leasing process seamless. A highly recommended team that truly cares about their residents. Thank you again!

I don't understand how Creekwood can get any bad reviews. I loved this place. I really wished I could have renewed my lease to stay with these good people. Maintenance was very proactive. I had issues with my fridge and it was fixed next day. I had the same issue and left for the weekend and my fridge was replaced with a brand new one. Management was the best I ever dealt with. They are so nice, very helpful, and they worked with me and my family with any issues. They truly did care about us. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to live in a good complex with good people.
