Creekview townhomes

Since we have gotten new management; there has been a huge improvement. I love my townhouse; it’s spacious ; clean place to live with my 3 children. I had planned on moving when my lease was up; but now I know I will be staying because of this new team. Glad they’re here! I plan on staying a long while now.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Terrible. Maintenance is slow to respond. It took them over a year to replace my AC unit. Management is hard to contact. No one is ever in the leasing office. There are safety issues becuase they clearly are not screening the tenants. I was awakend numerous times by Sheriff Deputies looking for different tenants with warrants. I was threatened by a neighbor while I stayed there and had my car broken into by another neighor. Management did nothing. I do not reccomend this place to anyone unless you constanly want to deal with foolishness from management and neighbors.

Bernadette Hart, the leasing consultant, was extremely helpful in helping me secure my apartment with a sense of urgency. I was in extreme need of housing and she made it possible and a pleasant experience.

New management has been working hard to fix all the issues the previous mgmt made. I really appreciate Tony for being so helpful and communicative every time we reach out
