Easy process/not pushy and Gretchen is great. You will pay a PID that is $3,042 a year it’s the same cost no matter what house you get and 850 a year for HOA. Keep those costs in mind but great experience.

When we bought our home here, we were told you’re not allowed to rent it out for the first year. It had to be owner occupied for a year. A new home build next to ours has a for lease sign so I called the office and was told the following… “The builder prefers that it is owner occupied for a year but we don’t enforce it “
