Creekstone at RTP Apartments

I had a wonderful tour with Anna (Anastasia)! She was enthusiastic and eager to show me all the things about the property. She took her time answering all my questions, and was really friendly to work with. She even looked at availability for sister properties. I decided to move forward with applying. The location is great for me, the renovations and space in the unit is lovely, glad to know staff is accommodating and personable, and I've heard great things about IRT management overall.

Haven’t been here a week yet and starting to regret it already. My hot water in my bathtub barely puts anything out, I informed the inspection people and the issue still isn’t resolved even after being “completed”. It’s more of a drain than anything. Not to offend anyone, but I like to actually shower and not just “rinse off”. Also, was told reserved parking was available at any park of my choice that isn’t already reserved and/or handicap. I went to the leasing office in person to request a park and was told “maintenance will see what’s available to me”. There must be a pick and choose option when getting resident parks that they’re willing to pay extra for monthly.

Anastasia Humberson made our apartment tour truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us warmly and took her time showing us around the community. She explained everything clearly, answered all our questions, and highlighted features we wouldn’t have noticed on our own. Her professionalism, patience, and friendly personality made the whole experience feel comfortable and stress-free. Thanks to her, we left the tour feeling confident and excited about the community. Highly recommend asking for her if you’re visiting!

We moved into this beautiful apartment exactly one year ago, in December 2024. From the moment we arrived, we fell in love with the neighborhood. The management team has been exceptionally helpful—Ashley, Alex, and the entire staff are always friendly and supportive. The maintenance team is also top-notch. Whenever we experienced any issues with appliances, water, or air conditioning, they resolved them promptly. A special thanks to Ronnie for all his assistance throughout our stay. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a peaceful and family-friendly place to live.

Living here from past six months. We had a very positive experience at this community. The surroundings are clean, organized, and welcoming. The leasing professional was extremely helpful, professional, and responsive throughout the process. They explained all the terms clearly and made sure we were comfortable before signing.
