Creekstone Apartments has been a great place to live! The staff is professional, welcoming, and always willing to help. I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Ruben he does an amazing job. He’s always friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to assist with anything you need. If you’re coming to Creekstone, definitely ask for Ruben you won’t be disappointed!

1. The water goes out MULTIPLE TIMES a week for 6+ hours, most of the time with absolutely 0 warning. 2. My AC has been leaking for a year+ with over a dozen maintenance requests. 3. There is now terrible water damage and mold surrounding my kitchen/AC/water heater which they refuse to acknowledge or fix. 4. Power went out for 10 days last year. 5. Seemingly homeless men hang out by the park/grill area and approach young women in blatantly sexual and threatening ways. 6. 2 of the 3 treadmills don't work, they haven't worked for over a year, and the one that does work doesn't have working buttons and can only be slowed by an emergency stop button. 7. The gym very rarely has disinfectant, hand sanitizer, or even paper towels to clean the machines. 8. The pool is often green and covere

DON’T MOVE HERE ! DON’T MOVE HERE ! I don’t know from where I should start but I’m going to try giving few feedback about this Horrible place. I have a ton of problems with this place. It has been almost a year there is so many lights don’t work in the complex. I asked them so many time to fix that , I even told them I am going to by light bulbs for this and help them to fix it . I have so many emails text messages to prove that . They don’t want to that because I believe they’re doing on purpose to help crimes. Because we got so many times car jacked and tires stolen in our place. Every single month I get water leaking from second floor . I needed sink pipes replace they came to fix it after few weeks and instead of charging to better one they put something has been used for a long time

I love living here! It’s very beautiful and comfortable! Rubén is the best he helps with everything that I need and I ask for a lot lol! Ruben makes everything easier for me and my family! Love him!!

If I could give Creekstone zero stars I would. Maintenance doesn’t respond to issues and marks them as resolved. If you want more information on this you can message me directly because I wouldn’t wish this complex on anyone. I had A/C issues that lasted weeks at a time and was forced into a hotel. Ruben said that since the latest A/C issue wasn’t an emergency he wouldn’t have Maintenance come on a Saturday. Thanks for caring so much and being super helpful to a resident. I had a roach infestation and they don’t even apologize for it. They treat you like an object and say “ok maintenance coming soon.” It’s frankly shocking how the city hasn’t shut this place down. It’s disgusting and a health hazard to anyone moving here. This place does not care about its residents. I called Carrie Weave
