Creekside Villas - 55+ Affordable Community

It’s a nice community and the apartment is clean and well taken care of. The only issues are the dumpsters are very far away from some of the apartments and for a 55 and up community, there are not many handicap accessible curbs and sidewalks with ramps. Our elderly mother lives there and uses a walker; she has issues getting up on the curbs/sidewalks because they’re very high and the handicap areas are very far from her actual apartment.

We have lived here for 2 months and we love it,I have had a couple of Maintenance tickets and they were taken care of,it is quiet here everybody is nice in the office,easy access to shopping and restaurants,just love our place it is beautiful.

My years at Creekside Villa have been very enjoyable. When I first moved in my rent was 675.00 per mo. Now it is 917.00 but I ask to have my trash picked up due to palatable care with COPD and CHF. Sudddenly I am ask to sign a new lease in the amt. of 1035.00iincluding water and sewer..both these bills combined don't run me 50.00 now. I am just not so sure about this and am going to check this out. They didn't mention that the office clerk had already stated that Jerry could pick up my trash. Now it is 917.00 but I ask to have my trash picked up and now they want a lease signed for 1035.00 for 11 months. This apt. has never been painted, carpet cleaned unless I paid for it and I will get back with you tomorrow about the lease..At this moment I have no place to get this placed and moved

A quiet place to live. Would be nice if my appliances were upgraded after 13 years of living here. Dishwasher is very loud and stove doesn't heat properly.

Managers are only here for a paycheck. Upkeep is poor, promised parking lot paving and new mulch but didn't get either one. Premier Mgmt is nothing but corporate greed. DO NOT MOVE HERE. In a couple of years will look like west side of Dayton. Plan on moving ASAP.
