Creekside Senior Apartments

I have lived here for 13+ years. I love it here. I have made this my home with a very caring family of neighbors. Michelle( manager),Barbara (leasing agent)and Gonzalo(maintenance)have always gone out of their way to make sure that I am safe and comfortable. There is rehab going on so I don't know how long I will be able to live here but it has been wonderful to live in this community.

My mom was here for quite awhile and made many friends

I have lived at Creekside for over nine years and I like it very well. So much so that it is the longest I have lived anywhere. Prices are reasonable in comparison, and the staff are wonderful. The manager Michelle, is an angel. She always has treats for the dogs that live here. Creekside is undergoing some construction at the moment replacing roofs and adding porch roofs, replacing netting and it is the best. We can now sit outside during the rainy days and do laundry without getting wet. I honestly, do not want to live anywhere else. I highly recommend it. Wonderful place to live.

We do Meals on Wheels delivery there. The clients seem to like living there. It's well maintained and secure. The security gates were broken (open) when I delivered last time. Good for delivery but not really secure.

The apartments are very small and are over priced now they have renovated are charging more they have done some construction and put roofs over the patio now we get no sun at all it's terrible and they are making new rules can only have 5 plants they won't grow anyway no sun light they told us they were 500 square feet there is no way can't even fit a couch in the living room and they raise the rent every year it's now over $ 1450 a month
