Be very cautious renting from them! I got sick from mold exposure (developed MCAS, gastroparesis and kidney functioning issues because of the exposure) my dog also has a growth in her lung. When living there I requested a professional inspection due to concerns I’ve had since moving in. They assured me they would send me the results once received from the company. They ended up withholding the results of the inspection from me. The same day they released me from the lease and assured me I would get my full deposit back. The condition of the apartment was horrific at move in because they didn’t hire a professional cleaner and were not ready for my move in. I was desperate so I agreed if they hired a 24 hour cleaner and moved me in the next day I would make it work. There was visible mold on

BEWARE!!!!! C&R Robbs you of your money. and the property is full of mold and broken windows. they will lie on your move out and ingnore you to send it to collections. DONT MOVE HERE!!!!
