Creekside at Osgood

New rental company took over about 6 months ago, and things have gone downhill since. Utilities are now separate from rent, and when contacted requesting information about utilities they never responded prior to signing a lease. They also have an "amenity" where they bill you for duplicate insurance to your renters insurance each month. With all total additional charges, total cost to rent here went up 20% last year. Management company is slimy at best.

Just signed a lease with Meridian for the Creekside at Osgood location and I can truly say, I have never had such a seamless, effortless and incredible rental experience as the one I just had with Erin. After reaching out last night, she sent me links to available units, answered every question I had in detail and went above and beyond to make me feel so welcomed. By today, I selected my unit, got approved for my rental and signed my lease all in less than 24 hours. If you are looking for a company with incredible people and exceptional customer service - Meridian is it!

Multiple issues with stolen packages and nothing was done.

Stolen packages, rude neighbors, and none of the dog owners clean up after their dogs. Not only is there regularly dog waste all over the patio areas there's multiple units that also leave food scraps and party remnants (broken bottles, etc) around the building and parking lot. IMM themselves are pretty chill, not always alot of follow through on issues though. Some tenants are also cool but there is definitely a majority of neighbors I wouldn't wish on anybody.
