Creekside at North Beach & Park Creek Apartments

I really, really, really like this apartment complex. Variety of layouts. ATTENTIVE and EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT! I recently visited an apartment there. It was clean. Spacious! Nice layout. Freshly painted. Some units are on ground, second or third levels/floors. Ample parking! Lit well at night. Felt safe at night. Quiet. Peaceful throughout day and night. Helped move someone. Took awhile! BABBLING CREEK throughout this site! Swimming pool. Gated! Nice. CONS: RECENT ant, wasp (patio) & small water bugs/roach infestation ( I live in another state and face these issues! NATURE! NATURE! NATURE! GO Figure!) PACKAGE ROOM: Though SECURED with a locked door, ALL PACKAGES WERE ON FLOOR IN THE OPEN. NO secured INDIVIDUAL LOCKED CUBBIES! OVERALL, I still admire and like this setting! I look forward

I’ve lived here for the past year, and overall, it’s been a really positive experience. The leasing office is friendly and professional they always greet you by name. The maintenance team responds quickly whenever my dishwasher needed fixing, they came out same day and fixed it. I would highly recommend.

Estefania has been the best person to ever help us get in to a place from the first minute of speaking with her the place immediately move in ready! And it is Super nice! I can’t say how happy I am

I'm so grateful for my Creekside at North Beach Family! The Office Staff and Maintenance crew is second to none and ALWAYS respond quickly whenever I have q need! They are sooooo friendly and professional! Thank you Creekside at North Beach for making my family's experience amazing!!!

I haven’t read any reviews about Saphire Blake yet but she is AMAZING. So sweet and so helpful with finding us our new home. We wanted to move December 1 but decided (two different times) that we wanted to move in earlier than that. So we are moved in as of yesterday and we are thrilled to be a part of the complex. We have a 2 bed 2 bath, called a B3. They are willing to work with you to pay different things and we were fortunate enough to get our fees waived for applying as well as the deposit (based on promotions and the fact that we are college students). Definitely consider living here - it is much better than the property next to it (Park Creek). Not only is there great customer service, the gym and other amenities are open 24/7. The place is beautiful and it ALLOWS GERMAN SHEPHERDS.
